What is madebyenji?

madebyenji is a handmade greeting card online shop created by @enjiimin! All our greeting cards are handmade and have pop-up mechanisms.

Do note that since all items are handmade, little flaws and mistakes are certainly inevitable. The actual product may differ slightly from pictures in terms of size, color and shape.

Nonetheless, we hope to make you and your loved ones happy with our time consuming hobby! ❤️ 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online bank transfer or Touch & Go E-wallet! 😊 All information for payment is provided during checkout. Make sure to upload your transaction document, screenshot or scanned copy once payment is made.

Do you provide cash-on-delivery (COD)?

Due to the rising COVID-19 situation in Malaysia, we do not provide cash-on-delivery to reduce close contact. All deliveries will only be done contact-free.

When do you ship orders?
We ship out orders every Wednesday! 😬 

PS: Unfortunately we do not ship to East Malaysia yet as we are still finding for affordable shipping. We do hope to see you soon though!💓

Do you provide customization service?

We are still working on it! For now we only provide FREE handwritten message service. Do stay tuned for any latest news on our instagram page 😇 

Are your cards ready-made?

No, our cards are made on the spot once you place your orders! Hence, please calculate your timing before placing an order. Do give us at least 3 days prior to prepare and ship out your orders.  

(Note: Ready-made cards will only be available for soft launching with only a certain amount of pieces made for each design)
